- Step 1: Pre – inspection – Our associate will walk through your home to visually inspect the carpet. They will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. If you are not going to be present at the time of the inspection our associate can call you during this step.
- Step 2: Pre-Vacuuming – Dry soil is removed by thoroughly vacuuming your floors. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in any cleaning process. (Extra Charge does apply for having this step added)
- Step 3: Pre-Condition – A Preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
- Step 4: Pre-Spot – Stubborn spots are treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
- Step 5: Pre-Grooming/Agitating – A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil.
- Step 6: Furniture Moving– Our Normal Pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, small tables, and any smaller items. Beds, dressers, and other heavier pieces cost extra to move. Any of our associates can quote the exact cost to any piece that is not in our normal price.
- Step 7: Hot Water Extraction/ Rinse – The carpet is then rinsed using our state-of-the-art extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet and leaving a sticky residue behind.
- Step 8: Neutralizer – When finished with the rinse step of our process; we make sure the carpet is pH balanced. Insuring that there is no sticky residue left behind. This step will also leave your carpet soft and fresh.
- Step 9: Post-Spot – If you have any spots or stains still remaining, we will try extra treatments with our many specialty spotting solutions to try and remove them.

- Step 10: Post Groom – Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Grooming carpet helps the carpet dry faster and in the right position.
- Step 11: Speed Dry – High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote fast drying.
- Step 12: Post Inspection – Our associate will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure you are completely thrilled with the service. Again, if you are not pre-sent at time of this step we can contact you by phone to discuss the results.
