THE PROCESS
Step 1: Inspection
Technician will identify hard
surface type and soil level; look for cracks, loose
tile, and unstable grout.
Step 2: Pre-spray & Agitate
We spray a solution on floor,
agitate, and allow solution to dwell for 5-10 minutes.
Heavily soiled grout will require more steps.
Step 3: Rinse & Extracted
Once the soil
has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted
hot water extraction process will thoroughly rinse your
floors leaving your investment looking new again.
Step 4: Speed Dry
High velocity
air movers are placed on the floor to speed dry floor.

5 Post- Inspection
